Authorize the Division of Plant and Property request that a warrant be drawn from money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated in the amount of $1,365,000 to cover an anticipated utility appropriation shortfall due to unanticipated increases in electricity, natural gas, and water & sewer in FY23, as detailed in the letter dated March 24, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 77.6% General Funds, 0.1% Highway Funds, 0.1% Turnpikes Funds, 5.1% Federal Funds, 0.6% Private Local Funds, 16.5% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved on March 24, 2023.
