Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source retroactive amendment to an existing contract with WEX Bank, Sandy, UT (originally approved by G&C on 2/19/20, Item #78), for fuel card services by increasing the price limitation by $141,933.57 from $450,000 to $591,933.57 and to extend the completion date from February 28, 2023 to February 28, 2024, with the option to extend the term for an additional year. Effective upon G&C approval.
