Authorize to enter into an agreement with Scott + Partners, Inc., Essex Junction, VT, for a total price not to exceed $2,313,083 for the design and construction administration of the New Legislative Parking Garage, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $236,308 be approved for unanticipated design expenses, bringing the total $2,549,391. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of the construction administration phase of the project, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% General Fund.
