Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract which was originally competitively bid, with Foundations Counseling, LLC, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, Item #14), to add additional funding and scope of services to support drug testing services, by increasing the price limitation by $1,375,932 from $4,800,000 to $6,175,932 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
