Authorize, with the Division of Children, Youth and Families, to enter into contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated February 24, 2023, in the amount not to exceed $1,018,011 to provide home visiting services, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Effective April 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 76% Federal Funds, 24% General Funds.
