Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source amendment to an existing contract with Granite United Way, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/18/20, Item #13, archived document ), to continue providing Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative services that promote employee health and wellness by proactively preventing substance misuse and supporting recovery from substance use disorders, by increasing the price limitation by $1,000,000 from $3,754,360 to $4,754,360 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. The Department will request Opioid Abatement Trust Funds to support this action. 100% Other Funds. However, if the Opioid Abatement Trust Funds are not available, then the Department will use 100% General Funds.
