Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to amend a grant agreement with the City of Claremont, NH, by and through its agent, the Claremont Development Authority, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/20, Item #64), by increasing the grant agreement amount by $400,000 from $500,000 to $900,000 to allow for the Opera House Square Renovation project to complete its commercial building improvements situated at 56 Opera House Square, with no change to the completion date of December 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
