Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support to amend a sole source contract with KaiPod Learning Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 5/4/22, Item #83), by increasing the amount by $371,520 from $1,448,000 to $1,819,520, to include the implementation to the Connecting Bright Futures Program, a KaiPod Summer Enrichment Program to support 3rd -12th grade learners through in-person academic and other enrichment activities. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
