Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Tri State Generator LLC, Brentwood, NH, for Generator Maintenance Services in an amount up to and not to exceed $756,265.40. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31,2028, with the option to extend for up to an additional three years under the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure.
