Description
Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $195,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 State Fiscal Recovery Funds for the purpose of rebuilding the Department of Justice website to better serve NH residents. (2) Further authorize to establish Class 046 – Consultants for the purpose of supporting the redesign of the Department of Justice website. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 24, 2023.
