Description
Authorize the Division of Risk and Benefits to enter into an agreement with USI Insurance Services, LLC, Bedford, NH in an amount not to exceed $7,030,100 for Producer Services to purchase Property and Casualty Insurance as well as cover the cost of premiums for agency-specific insurance policies to support State business. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for up to an additional three-year period. 100% Transfers from Other Agencies.
