Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Signet Electronic Systems, LLC, Norwell, MA for a total price not to exceed $886,500 for Northern Correctional Facility Door Controller Upgrade, Berlin, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through September 8, 2023. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $8,205 for unanticipated site expenses, bringing the total to $894,705. (3) Further authorize the amount of $10,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $904,705. 100% Capital Fund.
