Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #33), to continue to provide equitable early childhood health services and referral coordination to families with children, prenatal to three years of age, who have experienced substance exposure in utero, by exercising a contract renewal option, by extending the completion date from May 31, 2023 to June 30, 2024, with no change to the price limitation of $520,000. Effective upon G&C approval.
