Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Granite State Automation, LLC, Manchester, NH, in the amount of $48,000, to provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for the building automation systems at the New Hampshire Hospital Acute Psychiatric Services facility and Transitional Housing Buildings, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024. 70% General Funds, 30% Other Funds (Provider Fees).
