Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to accept and expend revenue, in the amount of $2,000, from the Federal Railroad Administration to purchase a computer for the Department’s Railroad Inspector, which is eligible in accordance with NH’s FRA Railroad Safety State Participation Project grant. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
