Authorize to enter into a sole source five-year lease agreement with Bergeron Construction Company, Inc., Keene, NH, in an amount of $175,015, for the continued use and occupancy of the Keene District Probation and Parole Office located at 28 Mechanic Street, 1st and 2nd Floor, Keene, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2028. 100% General Funds.
