Authorize to retroactively amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to Pillsbury Lake Village District, Webster, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/2/21, Item #101), by extending the completion date to October 1, 2023 from December 1, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding is involved in this time extension. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund.
