Description

TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Stephen, and with Councilor Liot Hill voting no, voted to table the request of the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Career Development and Adult Education to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Holy Cross Family Learning Center, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #209, archived document ), by increasing the price limitation by $38,637.76 from $236,911.30 to $275,549.06 to continue providing adult education and literacy programs as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, with no change to the end date.
