Authorize, on behalf of the New Hampshire Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission, to enter into a sole source contract with Governmentjobs.com d/b/a NEOGOV, parent company of POWER DMS, El Segundo, CA, for the purpose of utilizing its PowerDMS software tools for records management in the NH law enforcement accreditation program, with the option to renew for successive one year periods and up to an additional five years. Effective upon G&C approval through March 8, 2028. There is no cost to the State for the contract. 100% Other Funds.
