TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Stephen, and with Councilors Liot Hill and Stevens voting no, voted to table the request to enter into retroactive, sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated September 16, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 3/27/24, Item #13, archived document ), to continue providing coalition operation support services focused on prevention and reduction of substance use by youth, by exercising available contract renewal options by increasing the total price limitation by $320,000 from $320,000 to $640,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
