Authorize the date of the next Governor and Executive Council meeting for Wednesday January 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the State House, Concord, NH.

Authorize the list of revolving funds, for which the State Treasurer holds receipts, be renewed for the ensuing two years.

Authorize to invest and reinvest any surplus funds of the State, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 6:8. (2)Further authorize the State Treasurer to act as Custodian of all such funds as have been previously placed in her custody as State Treasurer, and of other trust funds of the State.
