Description
Authorize to amend an existing subgrant (originally approved by G&C on 5/18/22, Item #99), to make a retroactive change of the date criteria only from the May 18, 2022 through September 30, 2025, time period of the January 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025 time period to allow the Administrative Office of the Courts, Concord, NH, an extended period of time to achieve the match required for this grant for the purpose of expanding and enhancing New Hampshire’s Drug Court Programs. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funds are involved in this time expansion and no change to the completion date of September 30, 2025.
