TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Stephen, and with Councilors Liot Hill and Stevens voting no, voted to table the request of the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper, Inc., Plymouth, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,173,611.75 for preservation efforts on a 2-span bridge carrying NH 107 over the Lamprey River in Raymond, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $117,361.81, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 23, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds DOJ-Reviewed Supplemental Materials
