TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Stephen, and with Councilors Liot Hill and Stevens voting no, voted to table the request to enter into subgrants retroactive to July 1, 2025, with the programs as detailed in the letter dated September 22, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000, to support the enhancement of Child Advocacy Center services.
