Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Granite State Independent Living, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/16/22, Item #29), to continue supporting the five Regional Coordinating Council Mobility Managers with developing and coordinating sustainable public transportation access for high-risk, underserved populations impacted by COVID-19 health disparities by exercising a contract renewal option by extending the contact completion date from May 31, 2023 to May 31, 2024, with no change to the price limitation of $350,000.
