Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with McFarland Johnson, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/18, Item #30), for improvements to a five-mile section of NH Route 108 in the cities of Dover, Somersworth, and Rochester, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. Time extension only, no additional funding.
