Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a sole source contract with Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/8/20, Item #13), for US 202 Bridge replacement in the Town of Peterborough, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to December 31, 2024. (2) Further authorize to increase the fee by $182,914 from $569,948.72 to $752,862.72. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
