Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Exeter, in the amount not to exceed $99,215, for the Westside Drive Area Utility Improvement project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Exeter, in the amount not to exceed $231,500, to finance the Westside Drive Area Utility Improvement project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
