Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with J.P. Sicard, Inc., Barton, VT, on the basis of a single bid of $2,867,411 for bridge preservation of the Ledyard Bridge carrying NH 10A over the Connecticut River between the Towns of Hanover, NH and Norwich, VT. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $286,741.10, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. The contingency is 10% of the contract amount. Effective upon G&C approval through June 14, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
