Authorize to enter into agreements with the counties identified in the letter dated October 18, 2022, to provide public funds totaling $126,849,659 for Nursing Home Per Diem and Choices For Independence (CFI) Waiver payments, also known as the County Cap, for mid-level care, home support and home health. Effective upon G&C approval, retroactive to July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with an unlimited number of renewal options thereafter. 100% Other Funds (Revenue).
