Authorize to enter into a contract with Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire, Inc., Concord, NH, in the amount of $33,484,749 to provide dental services to eligible and enrolled Medicaid members age 21 and older through New Hampshire’s Medicaid managed care program. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years. 72% Federal Funds and 28% Other Funds (Centene Settlement Funds).
