Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.21+/- acre parcel and a 0.28+/- acre parcel of vacant lands located at 52 and 54 Baldwin Street, respectively, in the City of Nashua. The sale would be to Timothy Sullivan and John Harrison Partners for $220,000 plus and $2,200 Administrative Fee ($1,000 per parcel). Effective upon G&C approval. (2)Further authorize to compensate KW Commercial from the proceeds of the sale in the amount of $13,200 for real estate services. Originally purchased with 100% Federal Funds.
