Authorize consideration of whether the petition of Kristopher Casey (age 38) requesting a pardon for the offenses of Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, Burglary Arson – Accomplice Liability, Arson, and Conspiracy to Commit Theft by Unauthorized Taking should be granted. Pursuant to RSA 651:5, V, the petitioner is not eligible for an annulment as RSA 651:5, XIII (e) defines Class A felony arson as a violent crime.
