Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Lacewood Group Inc., Moultonborough, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-23-19, item #110), for the provision of Carpentry Services on an as needed basis by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $100,000 from $200,000 to $300,000 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021.
