TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Volinsky, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli, and with Councilors Prescott and Gatsas voting no, tabled the request to enter into a sole source agreement with the State of Vermont, Waterbury, VT, to provide secure residential treatment and educational services to delinquent youth from the State of Vermont at the Sununu Youth Services Center, in the amount of $6,499,848. Effective December 2, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through October 31, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Agency Income.
