Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the Resolution entitled “A Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 with respect to the financing of water facilities by the Business Finance Authority for Pennichuck Water Works, Inc. in Amherst, Bedford, Derry, Epping, Hollis, Merrimack, Milford, Nashua, Newmarket, Pittsfield, Plaistow, and Salem”. The action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine the $57,500,000 issuance will be within the definition of “Water facility”, and the establishment and operation of the Facilities expands or maintains and improves the collection, purification, storage or distribution of water, the project and the proposed financing and refinancing of the Project are feasible; the borrower has the resources necessary to operate the Facilities successfully, the Loan and Trust Agreement contain provisions so that under no circumstances will the Authority be obligated directly or indirectly to pay costs, the agreement does not create any debt of the State with respect to the Facilities, and the project will serve the social or economic prosperity of the State.
