Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Rebecca Farver, Concord, NH, to provide psychiatric services to individuals admitted to the Department’s Community Residence, also known as Philbrook Adult Transitional Housing Center, in the amount of $106,080. Effective October 5, 2020 through September 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 80.2% General, 19.8% Other Funds.
