Authorize to amend an existing contract with Granite State Automation LLC, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-20-19, item #12), to continue providing preventative maintenance, repairs and improvements to the building automation system located at the NH Hospital Acute Psychiatric Services facility, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $48,000 from $46,840 to $94,840, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2022. 70% General, 30% Other Funds (Provider Fees).
