Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-25-20, item #8), for the ongoing provision of Permanent Housing and Supportive Services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $120,640 from $89,787 to $210,427 and extending the completion date from March 31, 2021 to July 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
