Authorize to amend an existing contract with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-15-20, item #14), to develop infrastructure and provide program support to a growing number of Recovery Centers statewide, by increasing the price by $350,000 from $4,550,000 to $4,900,000, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2022. Effective December 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 26.94% Federal, 13.88% General, 59.18% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission on Alcohol & Other Drugs).
