Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Scientific Technologies Corporation, Scottsdale, AZ (originally approved by G&C on 10-21-15, item #11), for technical development, support, and services of the NH Electronic Disease Surveillance System, by exercising a renewal option, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022, and by increasing the price by $589,987 from $2,076,622 to $2,666,609.
