Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter the NH Department of Transportation and the NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources into a memorandum of agreement for up to $6,250,000 to define all of the roles and responsibilities of NHDNCR and NHDOT as they relate to the administration of the Recreational Trails Program funded by Federal Highway Administration through NHDOT to NHDNCR. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
