Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source agreement with Dartmouth Transportation Company Inc., Concord, NH, for expenses related to year-round maintenance of the I-89 Exit 12 Park and Ride lot in New London, for an amount not to exceed $9,500. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2021. 100% Highway Funds.
