Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the Student Conservation Association Inc., Charlestown, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-13-19, item #56), to provide interpretive, education, and conservation services at various State Parks, by decreasing the price by $155,500 from $504,000 to $348,500; by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to November 30, 2021; and by moving $126,500 of funding originally earmarked for Fiscal Year 2021 to Fiscal Year 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Agency Income).
