Description
Authorize a loan agreement with Abenaki Water Co., Inc., Plainville, CT, in the amount not to exceed $45,000 to finance water system improvements for the Abenaki Water/Tioga Belmont water system in Belmont, NH. Effective upon G&C approval. (2)Further authorize to award a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to Abenaki Water Co., Inc., Plainville, CT, in the amount not to exceed $5,000 to finance water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2021. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund.
