Authorize to retroactively enter into a service agreement with Compass Group USA Inc., by and through its Chartwells Division, Rye Brook, NY, for the provision of meals through the NHTI – Concord’s Community College Capital Commons dining hall to recruits and in-service officers attending programs at the Arthur D. Kehas Law Enforcement Training Facility and Campus, in the amount of $398,515. Effective November 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. 100% General Funds.
