Description

Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend funds from the US Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in the amount of $256,059 for the purpose of creating a single integrated system to serve as the core data exchange system to be used by the Division of State Police Commercial Enforcement. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 20, 2020.
