Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Dr. Patricia Ogera, Providence, RI, as a substitute medical examiner, for a total not to exceed $12,000 to aid the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the period of November 28-30, 2020 and December 19-21, 2020. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2021. 100% General Funds.
