Bumgarner M.D., Phoenix, AZ, as a substitute medical examiners, for a total not to exceed $4,000 to aid the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the period of November 21-22, 2020. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2021. 100% General Funds.
