Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with International Institute of New England Inc., Boston, MA, for social service programs that lead directly to self-sufficiency for refugees, in the amount of $210,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
